Top Ten Fall Decorating Ideas

This season, welcome fall into your home with a few easy decorating and entertaining ideas. Here are my top ten favorite ideas for this time of year…
1. Seasonal Accents for the Front Door- The front door is such an easy place to decorate with a simple fall wreath. Nothing says “welcome” like a lovely entrance, so celebrate the season with a beautiful fall-inspired wreath.
2. Fall Touches for the Front Porch- Why stop at the front door? Adding a few pumpkins to your front porch is another easy way to enhance the entrance of your home. Try wrapping a small garland of fall leaves around the base of the pumpkins for an extra special touch.

9. Celebrate the Season in the Kitchen- The BEST way to add a touch of fall to your kitchen is by cooking delicious seasonal meals. One of my favorites this time of year is: Pumpkin Bread…added bonus: your house will SMELL like fall!
10. Gratitudes for Fall- Be sure to take time out to be thankful for all of life’s little blessings. Consider writing out your gratitudes on small pieces of paper and creating a jar to keep these in, or create your own “Thankful Tree” and hang your gratitudes from branches in a vase. Whatever you do, spend time this season focusing on all that you have!
I hope these ideas will encourage and inspire you to celebrate the fall season in your home this year…even implementing one or two ideas will bring a special touch to your home!
