Thrifty Find: Beverage Dispenser

This rarely happens to me, but I just so happened to be looking at purchasing one of those great beverage dispensers like the ones you see at Pottery Barn…

but I didn't feel like spending $75 or more for one!  So I happened to be at my favorite local thrift shop and found this one…

Totally cute with a silver lid…and the best part, it was only $3!!!

So I bought it, brought it home, cleaned it up a bit, but I really wanted a stand for it to make it easier to dispense a drink, so I used one of my glass cake stands…worked perfectly!

So I whipped up a big batch of ice cold lemonade- nothing tastes better on a hot day, you know!

I got the "thumbs up" from the family!

I love all the different things you can flavor your water with and look forward to experimenting with different combinations…Mint, berries, citrus, cucumbers, peaches, melons…

Not only is this great for flavored waters, but it would be great for sangrias and margaritas!

I love it when you find something really beautiful and useful at a great price…don't you?
