Today I want to share with you my Three Easy Steps to Fabulous Coffee Table Decor. Coffee tables are an important focal point to any sitting area, not only should they be functional to hold drinks, books and other everyday items, but they should be beautiful!

As a professional decorator for over 20 years, I have decorated my fair share of coffee tables, and have developed a simple coffee table formula that works just about anywhere.

It all starts with the magic number three…did you know three was a magic number in decorating?

If you haven’t noticed, often times groups of three objects are used for the most pleasing and interesting look. In fact, I almost always use something tall, medium, and small in all my vignettes. This basic principle applies to coffee tables, here’s how:

1. Add Something TALL- candlesticks, vase or urn, florals or stems, lanterns, hurricane vases, etc…

Common sense note: Depending on where your TV is located in your room- always check the height of your “tall” items to make sure your tv is still visible!
