Starfish Cottage- Late Fall
So here it is, November and I find myself FINALLY embracing what I like to call "Florida Fall" (which means it might dip into the 70's sometimes if we are lucky- ha ha ha!) Starfish Cottage is wearing her darker neutrals- browns, khakis and creams…
I love natural, honest materials like burlap, cotton, and linen- and simple fabrics like ginghams and checks.
And though we get little to no change of color on our OUTSIDE trees here in Florida this time of year, I think it is always nice to have a large stem or two of fall leave INSIDE the house.
My apologies, I know you all are probably tired of seeing them by now, but I could not resist adding a white baby pumpkin or two to my giant clamshell- they look right at home with their seashell and starfish friends, don't you think!?
