Football Food Friday- Easy Buffalo Chicken Dip
Ok, in keeping with our September Friday series, here is another fabulous dip/appetizer to serve at your next party or get-together, sure to be a real crowd-pleaser…Easy Buffalo Chicken Dip.
There are only 5 ingredients: Roasted Chicken (two breasts, shredded and chopped, approx. 2 cups), 1 package of ROOM TEMPERATURE cream cheese (I used Fat Free), 1/2 cup of ranch dressing (again, I used a low fat dressing), and 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese (I used a little more for topping) and 1/2 cup of your favorite buffalo sauce.
First, cream up your cream cheese with a mixer until smooth, then combine all other ingredients and stir well.
Pour your mixture into a baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes…as I mentioned before, I added a little more cheese on top and it got browned and bubbly for extra yumminess!
Since I think everything looks better sprinkled with chopped fresh parsley, I added that at the end too!
This dip is everything you love about buffalo chicken wings, but let's face it, much less messy! I like to serve it with corn chips…enjoy!
